New Beleth Update

All partys now have immediate access to Boss Beleth room. Once his HP reaches 20%, the instance will close, preventing new entries. If Beleth is not defeated, he will regenerate his HP, reopening the instance for new partys.

Tournament Schedule Adjustment
There was an issue with the tournament scheduling system, so the tournament scheduled from 12:00 to 15:00 UTC -1 has been extended by one hour and will now end at 16:00 UTC -1.
